Our aim is not to restrict the number of times individual users use the service; however, this is based on users adopting ‘fair use’ behavior. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any account that uses the tools in a manner we consider to be excessive. AI Accuracy and Limitations

You acknowledge that the AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and you agree to use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the AI-generated content, and we disclaim any liability for damages or losses resulting from your reliance on the AI-generated content.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TeacherAI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TeacherAI.

Termination
